Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Perform prescribed radiographic procedures with precision and care in a dynamic healthcare setting located in Lakeville, MN. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute radiographic procedures and analyses independently following established guidelines.
- Educate patients and their families on procedures, risks, and preventive measures, ensuring a supportive experience.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images and prepare detailed documentation for timely interpretation.
- Perform and evaluate equipment quality control, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a safe environment for all.
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards including confidentiality.
- Manage inventory to ensure continuous availability of necessary supplies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams and adhere to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of an accredited Radiology program with a certificate or diploma.
- National certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and appropriate state licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in radiologic technology.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical capability to perform duties including standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and use of proper body mechanics.
