Supervision Structure

  • Internship duration to be determined based on supervision agreement

Why This Opportunity Matters

Clinical supervision is one of the most important components of BCBA development. This internship offers exposure to real cases, ethical discussions, documentation standards, and decision-making processes within a high-accountability service environment.

This is not shadowing without structure. It is guided, intentional learning designed to prepare the intern for responsible independent practice.
