Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: City of Industry, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Based on business needs)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $20 – $23 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Administrator to join our fast-paced team. This critical position supports our service department operations and helps ensure an excellent customer experience during the equipment service and repair process. If you thrive in a customer-facing role, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and excel at keeping details in order, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing service department work orders.
- Prepare and track warranty claims and reimbursement documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Coordinate service schedules and assist with dispatching technicians as needed.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met.
- Use internal systems to log, track, and follow up on service jobs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service activities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal service management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented approach with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer service, equipment service, or dispatching is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment and machinery (preferred).
