Job Title: Tool Room Associate – Inventory & Equipment Support
Location: Denver, CO
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM (Monday to Friday) OR 7AM - 3:30PM (Monday to Frida)
Pay: $26.45/hr
Department: Maintenance / Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tool Room Associate to join our maintenance and operations team. This role is critical in ensuring that tools, equipment, and inventory are properly managed, tracked, and issued to support our maintenance technicians and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and equipment using inventory management systems.
- Issue and receive tools and equipment to/from maintenance technicians and other personnel.
- Perform regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Organize and label storage areas for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and technicians to anticipate tool and equipment needs.
- Track tool usage and generate reports to support maintenance planning and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in the tool room.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or tool room environment.
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or maintenance setting.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $26.45/hr.
