Recruiter On Site (Bilingual Preferred)
As an On-Site Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment and selection process for a specific company or organization. You will work on-site at the company's location, collaborating closely with hiring managers to hire qualified candidates. Your role is crucial in ensuring the company attracts top talent and maintains a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize various channels, such as job boards and employee referrals to source and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes, set up interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications with the company's requirements.
- Partner with company hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
- Review Staffing reports to ensure accuracy for payroll.
- Handle any injury reports.
- Show presence and walk production area throughout the day, monitoring issues and inviting open communication from supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Light Industrial staffing or HR preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably with on-site recruitment experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
