Position Summary The Records Maintenance Clerk will support the Order Management teams during Customer Onboards and Refreshes by entering or updating customer and equipment records in our database and assisting with shipping ID tags out to the customer. This position will also work with the supervisor to monitor department specifics like naming conventions, processes, and policy procedures for customer records/creation. Responsible for accurate and on-time recorded entry. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assign and manage mailing ID tags for documents.
- Communicate tracking of correspondence.
- Attend New Customer Rollout Meetings.
- Drafting/Editing of Tag Letters.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all documents.
- Maintain an accurate supply of ID tags; keep ID tags stocked and organized, and promptly ship ID tags.
- Monitor and manage the ticketing system through Zendesk; ensure SLA adherence.
- Perform accurate data entry of new records into the E-Automate system.
- Must be able to work in the office 5 days a week
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications:
- Entry Level Microsoft Office Suite Skills, i.e., Excel, Word.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Attention to detail.
- Investigation and Problem-Solving skills.
- Customer Service and Communication Skills.
- Prior office experience, such as in a mailroom or office services team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of e-Automate Experience Preferred, or comparable systems software.
- Some College preferred, or 2+ years equivalent job experience.
- 1+ Years of Industry Experience Preferred.
