Are you a relationship-driven professional with experience in healthcare outreach, admissions, business development, or community partnerships?
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outreach Ambassador to help grow referral partnerships, strengthen community presence, and support admissions growth throughout the Evansville market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in:
✔ Healthcare marketing
✔ Senior living outreach
✔ Home health or hospice sales
✔ Admissions coordination
✔ Community engagement
✔ Referral development
✔ Hospital or physician liaison work
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and community organizations
- Develop referral sources and support admissions/census growth initiatives
- Represent the organization at networking events, community meetings, and outreach activities
- Conduct in-person outreach visits and presentations throughout the territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and positive client experiences
- Track outreach activity, referrals, and relationship development efforts
Must have experience
- Experience in healthcare outreach, admissions, marketing, business development, or community engagement preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable networking and building partnerships in the community
- Experience with senior care, behavioral health, hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or healthcare services is highly preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
