Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end print production, including setup, operation, and quality control for a variety of jobs
• Assist with graphic design tasks to bring customer visions to life.
• Collaborate with the team to manage high-volume orders efficiently while maintaining our reputation for excellence.
• Provide top-tier customer service, turning one-time visitors into loyal fans.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a print shop, Staples print services, or similar role—graphic design skills are a huge plus!
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express).
• A detail-oriented, creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work full-time, with Mondays required—the rest of your schedule is flexible to fit your life. (We're open 7 days a week; full hours and dates are on our website.)
