Royal Window & Door is a locally owned and operated business in Concord, California, specializing in high-quality window and door installations for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
As the Office Assistant, you are the "hub" of our daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in supporting our project managers and installation teams. This is a fast-paced environment where your ability to multitask and stay organized will directly impact the success of our local projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Reception: Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors to the showroom, and handle general inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for in-home estimates and installations.
- Data Management: Input customer information, project details, and lead data into our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, managing office supplies, and preparing project folders for the installation crews.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and the field teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Payment Processing: Assist with basic invoicing and processing customer payments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an office administrative role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Concord, CA.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM or project management software.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, professional phone manner.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
