CRNA - CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care for GI procedures in a standalone endoscopy setting

• Conduct pre-op evaluations and sedation administration

• Provide post-anesthesia monitoring and patient care

• Collaborate with gastroenterologists in a streamlined workflow

• Operate with full clinical autonomy and leadership

• Maintain safety, professionalism, and reliability standards

Requirements

• CRNA license in Florida (required)

• Minimum 3 years of anesthesia experience (preferred)

• ACLS certification (required)

• EMR knowledge (preferred)

• Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia (or equivalent)

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Professional communication and collaborative approach

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• No weekends, nights, holidays, or call

• Premium pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day

• Overtime pay available

Compensation

• Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000

• Annual bonus: Retention bonus + 2 weeks pay (~$13,500)

• Premium pay for hours beyond 8/day

• CME/Dues: $1,500 annual allowance + license and certification fee reimbursement

• Overtime compensation available
