About the Role:
We are a third-party recruitment agency partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Scottsdale, AZ, to find a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and is looking to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies and denials
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines and coding regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure billing accuracy
- Follow up on unpaid claims and manage account receivables
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and EOBs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office
