Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) opportunity serves K-12 students in a vibrant school district located on the east side of Denver, Colorado. The contract runs through May 21, 2026, requiring on-site presence to deliver direct support to assigned schools within the district. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed, ranging from 25 to 45 students, providing a balanced workload across varied assignments.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language services to a diverse student population across multiple schools as assigned
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Attending professional development days with compensated time
- Maintaining compliance with district policies and state licensing requirements
- Supporting potential Clinical Fellows under appropriate supervision if applicable
Preferred qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education Certification and Colorado SLP License required
- Experience ranging from entry-level to advanced, with pay commensurate with years of expertise
- Completion of an 8-week school rotation for Clinical Fellows aspiring for DOE certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to student success
- Willingness to complete district background check promptly
