Warehouse Manager
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager for our FW location to lead daily operations, manage the team, and ensure strong inventory control, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead, schedule, and coach the warehouse team to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure a clean, safe, organized warehouse and enforce safety standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks associated with order fulfillment
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during the shift
