Job DescriptionProduction Associates – Assembly & Machine Operation
1st & 2nd Shift | $22–$23/hr | Direct Hire Into the Union
Shifts Available:
• 1st: 6:00AM–2:30PM (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd: 2:30PM–1:00AM (Mon–Thurs)

We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers / Production Associates to support a rapidly growing team specializing in radiators and copper‑coil systems. ⭐ What You’ll Do
- Assemble radiators and coil systems using blueprints, work instructions, and hand tools
- Measure, cut, and fit materials using tape measures and precision tools
- Install brackets, components, and hardware using drills and power tools
- Hit daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate equipment or material issues to leads/supervisors
- Participate in 5S, organization, and continuous‑improvement activities
- Follow all safety and company guidelines
🛠️ What You Bring
- 6+ months of mechanical assembly, production, or hands‑on mechanical experience
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics
- Strong measuring accuracy (tape measure proficiency required)
- Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and power equipment
- Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- HS Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Experience using PPE (steel toes, eye/ear protection)

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
