Property Restoration Sales Manager (Experience Required)

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Restoration Sales Representative who can hit the ground running on Day 1. You will not be "learning the ropes"—you will be leveraging your existing network to funnel immediate business to our operations team.
Your Mission:
- Leverage Existing Relationships: Activate your current network of referral partners (Plumbers, Public Adjusters, Property Managers) to generate immediate leads.
- Drive Volume: Focus on high-frequency referral sources to maintain a continuous stream of water, fire, and mold restoration projects.
- Manage the Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition from referral to our mitigation/reconstruction teams, maintaining the trust of your referral partners.
Requirements: The "Must-Haves"
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Mandatory Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct outside sales experience specifically within the Disaster Restoration industry (Water/Fire/Mold).
- Portable Network: You must possess active, existing relationships with key referral sources in the Suffern/Rockland County/North Jersey area.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the restoration lifecycle, including Mitigation, Reconstruction, TPA guidelines, and the insurance claims process.
Target Referral Networks (You should already know these people):
- Public Adjusters
- Plumbers & HVAC Contractors
- Property Managers (Multi-unit/Commercial)
- Insurance Brokers & Independent Adjusters
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Xactimate (scoping/sketching) is a major plus.
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000+/annually (Commensurate with the size of your book of business).
- Commission: Aggressive 25% commission on every job you bring in.
- Total Earnings: This role is designed for six-figure earners. With our commission structure, your income is limited only by your drive.
