Summary
Are you a self-motivated, well organized office professional? Do you enjoy helping others?
As a Job File Coordinator you will assist with scheduling assessment of the work that would need to be completed. You will also work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Responsibilities
- Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects
- Review and maintain scheduling so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Receive incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries about business, and other routine communications
- Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with customers, Managers, Crew Chiefs and Technicians.
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Knowledgeable and comfortable working with various computer programs
- Strong work ethic
- Honest and accountable
- Strong oral communication skills
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Ability to multitask while recording accurate details
- Knowledge of our geographical area preferred
- Valid driver's license
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Occasionally Lifting files, opening file cabinets, bending and standing
- Constant Sitting and typing
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7:00am-7:00pm, MondayFriday, minimum of 40 hours per week. This position may require longer hours and flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs.
