Laboratory Operations Manager Location: Boca Raton, FL Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
 
Position Overview
We’re hiring a Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day lab operations and ensure the business runs smoothly across finance, staffing, inventory, and client coordination. This role partners closely with internal teams and reports directly to the CEO.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee operational finances, including cost of goods (COGS) and expense tracking</li>
<li>Manage staff scheduling and daily shift coverage</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain lab inventory and supplies</li>
<li>Lead and support the customer service team to ensure excellent client experience</li>
<li>Coordinate with the sales team to prepare for incoming clients and service needs</li>
<li>Manage logistics and operational workflows to keep the lab running efficiently</li>
<li>Onboard new clients and ensure smooth operational setup</li>
<li>Provide updates and operational reporting directly to the CEO</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of business/operations management experience</li>
<li>3+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment</li>
<li>Strong organization, leadership, and ability to perform under pressure</li>
