Job Description
Join a dynamic team in aerospace sheet metal fabrication, where you will operate and manage a 3-axis press brake machine. You will work with PC controls, specifically the OMADA machine, to form aluminum and stainless steel components.
Responsibilities
- Calculate bend allowances for formed parts.
- Identify appropriate tooling for part designs.
- Setup and program the press brake for various jobs.
- Form parts according to specifications and ensure they meet all requirements.
- Adhere to quality procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
- Identify and manage nonconforming parts according to established procedures.
- Package completed orders and complete all required documentation.
- Operate CNC and machine operations efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Experience with blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in operating press brake and understanding of axis movements.
- Knowledge of aerospace metal forming, specifically with aluminum and stainless steel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 1 – 50 lbs frequently.
- Capability to squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, turn, grasp, and reach frequently.
- Able to sit, stand, and walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.
- Work effectively in a 55 – 85 degree Fahrenheit environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced industrial setting with necessary protective gear.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing environment is fast-paced, with exposure to loud noises and machinery with moving parts. You will work the 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, in a facility that requires hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
