Job DescriptionPosition Summary

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the full onboarding experience for new employees, from offer acceptance to their first weeks on the job. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure equipment, system access, and training materials are ready for each new hire.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and training sessions, ensuring employees understand company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Track and maintain accurate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance the new hire experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in onboarding, HR, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other onboarding platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements preferred.
  • A passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive employee experience.



Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
