As our operations continue to scale, we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist who will play an essential role in maintaining data integrity across our internal systems, supporting smooth and accurate logistics execution, and contributing to our overall efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input customer orders, shipping details, and inventory data into our warehouse and transportation management systems
  • Verify and reconcile data from multiple sources including customer communications, freight carriers, and internal systems
  • Monitor data flow and flag inconsistencies or missing information to ensure real-time accuracy across departments
  • Upload and archive documents including bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Communicate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to clarify details and resolve discrepancies
  • Support reporting and documentation needs for audits, compliance, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency highly valued)
  • SAP experience preferred but not required
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
