Meyer Distributing is looking for an Inventory Analysis Clerk to join our Jasper, IN team!

POSITION PURPOSE
Researching and rectifying all Invoice Issues entered by the Accounts Payables Team as well as assist the Internal Transfer Manager in all delegated tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
• Manage the Invoice Issue Report
• Research cause and effect to clean up internal inventory systems
• Maintain all needs generated by the Inventory Research Report
• Communicates with vendors and other Meyer departments to resolve issues
Schedule:
Monday- Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00pm
Pay Based on Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school diploma
TRAINING: Minimum of one month on the job training required.
EXPERIENCE: Job related experience; not replicated in other local firms.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
· Solid knowledge of data analysis and inventory management software.
· An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
· Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Familiar with Excel
· Ability to work independently or as a team member with little or no supervision
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Regularly required to sit
· Regularly utilizes depth perception, peripheral vision and close focus
· Regularly operates a computer, computer accessories and phone equipment
