<li>Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questions</li>
<li>Provide quotes and support new and existing clients</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in our system</li>
<li>Support the team with daily office tasks</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) required</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong time management skills</li>
<li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems</li>
<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li>
<li>No insurance experience required we provide training</li>
