Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.

• Utilize Excel and Word to create and maintain documents, and reports.

• Provide receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing incoming correspondence.

• Maintain and organize administrative files, ensuring easy access and proper documentation.

• Support team members with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking deadlines.

• Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing calendars, and addressing inquiries.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed within the organization.

• Proven administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit or similar environment.

• Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to create and edit documents and spreadsheets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage receptionist responsibilities.

• Ability to coordinate events such as job fairs and manage related logistics.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

• Familiarity with general office operations and practices.
