Job Description

We are seekingskilled and experienced Tax Credit/Section 8/HUD Leasing consultants for an apartment community in the NE, DC area. Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home. This specific opportunity is working with *Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA)* [income based] so you will need to be familiar with affordable housing and how to qualify applicants.

The Schedule will include Saturdays so weekend availability is a must!

Qualifications:

Tax Credit/Section 8/HUD leasing experience; Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) experience is a plus!!
Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond

Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
