Power Washer
Location: Denver Metro Area (Broomfield to Castle Rock; occasional Boulder)
Pay: $30 per home washed
Schedule: Flexible / Set Your Own
TrueCoat Painters is seeking experienced Power Washing Contractors to support our residential painting projects throughout the Denver Metro area. This is ideal for someone who already owns their own equipment, vehicle, and insurance and wants flexible, consistent work. Great for someone looking to make some extra money as a side gig or a flexible work schedule.
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Set your own schedule
- Work must be completed within required timelines to support painting schedules (1-5 days before painting, staining, or sealing)
- Jobs will be assigned based on project needs and location
Pay Structure:
- $30 per home washed (regardless of the type of area)
- Paid per completed job
You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, equipment, and transportation.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Power wash residential homes in preparation for scheduled painting projects
- Ensure homes are properly washed at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled paint start date
- Coordinate timing independently while meeting required project deadlines
- Travel to customer homes throughout the Denver Metro area
Qualifications:
Requirements to Apply:
- Proven experience using a power washer
- Must own your own power washer
- Must have a truck or reliable vehicle capable of transporting equipment
- Must have General Liability & Workers Compensation insurance
- Ability and willingness to drive throughout the Denver Metro area (Broomfield to Castle Rock) and occasionally Boulder
- Can communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Successfully complete a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Speaks English natively or fluently
