Job Description
Personally assist the CFO of the company with all phone calls from the CFO while he is out in the field. Assistant will take messages and delegate calls or questions to the proper department within the company. Assistant may need to run errands for office or pick up light equipment or material. Applicants must have knowledge of Quickbooks and will be trained to have general knowledge of office operations to fill in or aide as needed. Applicants must be detail oriented.
