What You'll Do as an In-Home BCBA

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver engaging, play-based ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings

  • Train, support, and supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers

  • Collect and analyze behavior data to guide clinical decision-making

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Current BCBA certification

  • North Carolina LBA (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Experience with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • A passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
