Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Colorado state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Understanding of IEP processes and special education documentation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and needs within the school setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer recommendations for modifications and adaptive equipment as necessary
- Participate in staff training and provide guidance on strategies for student success
