Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – York, PA

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in York, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the chance to support elementary-aged students while working within a collaborative educational environment.

Position Details

• Location: York, PA
• Position Type: Full-Time, W-2
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Caseload: Elementary School Students
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience
• Employment Status: W-2 with benefits available

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP License (or ability to obtain)
• Pennsylvania educational certification/clearances as required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
