Outside Sales Representative

Job DescriptionWe are a leading distributor of professional barber and beauty products and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in Las Vegas. This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and helping barbers, salon owners, stylists, and beauty professionals find the right products for their business.

In this position, you will develop new business, maintain existing accounts, and drive sales growth throughout an assigned territory. You will travel daily in a company-provided van, visit customers in person, present products, take orders, and fulfill orders on site when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new accounts in the Las Vegas market
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing barber, salon, and beauty customers
• Visit customers daily using a company-provided van
• Present, demonstrate, and sell professional barber and beauty products
• Fulfill orders on site during customer visits when applicable
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the company
• Spend no less than half of your working time selling or obtaining orders outside the company’s place of business
• Call on barbershops, salons, and other potential customers within an assigned territory
• Represent the company professionally and provide strong customer service

Qualifications:

• Experience in outside sales, route sales, or field sales preferred
• Experience with barber and beauty products is required
• Spanish speaking is mandatory
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Able to work independently in the field
• Able to lift and handle product during route visits as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Must be insurable to operate a company vehicle
• Employment is contingent upon a criminal background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule:
This is a field-based role requiring work 5 days per week, typically between Monday and Saturday, based on company needs. You will spend the majority of your time visiting customers and prospects in the field.

Compensation:
$28.00–$32.00 per hour plus commission, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation is designed to be approximately $4,000 net per month, plus additional commissions determined at the company’s discretion.
