Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 hourly
Shift: Full-time day shift with option to go to a 9/80 work schedule with alternating Friday’s off
Looking for steady fabrication work in a clean shop?
This is a hands-on role building real parts – not repetitive production work. This position is key to providing necessary shop utility support welding operations.

What You’ll Do
- Fabricate metal components using shop tools and equipment
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
- Read basic drawings and follow instructions
- Use tools such as grinders, saws, and measuring equipment
- Inspect finished work for quality
Education/Experience:
- 1-3 years of fabrication or hands-on shop experience
- Ability to use basic shop tools
- Ability to read tape measure and follow instructions
- Strong attention to details.
Nice to Have (We Can Train)
- Welding experience (TIG or MIG)
- Sheet metal or forming experience
- Manufacturing experience
Job Details:
- 5 days/week Monday through Friday Full-Time.
- Hourly rate: $19.00-$21.00 depending on experience.
