Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role focuses on supporting students in a school-based setting, collaborating with educators and families to ensure every child can reach their fullest communication potential.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for speech-language pathology in California
  • Previous experience within school settings, providing services to children in K-12, is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy to meet individual student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and speech goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates as necessary
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to foster student success
  • Offer guidance and resources for speech and language development in the classroom
