We are hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Franklin, WI. This position will focus on accounts receivables and back up payables. You will report to the Controller and be part of a cohesive team. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Create and send out invoices to customers

  • Manage accounts that have outstanding invoices due via collections efforts

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies

  • Cash applications and back up to AP

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of accounting experience

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting desired

  • Comfortable working in larger ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize your day

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
