Currently, we have an Account Manager opportunity with a California-chartered, full-service commercial bank headquartered in Orange County. The bank serves individuals, professionals, and small to mid-sized businesses with personalized banking solutions. The Account Manager isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Overseeing the accounting operations of the Bank.
- Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Maintaining an effective system of accounting records and internal controls.
- Developing and managing budgets to mitigate risk, enhance financial accuracy, and ensure compliance with GAAP and state and federal banking regulations.
- Reporting directly to the Controller.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, supplemented by financial, lending, compliance, and audit-related training, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including at least four (4) years in bank accounting and regulatory reporting.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Experience with the Client Navigator core system.
Pay Rate Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
