Position Summary

The Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for external marketing initiatives, including calling prospective leads, scheduling tours, and maintaining accurate data within the CRM system. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and empathy to connect with seniors and their families effectively. The individual will play a critical part in driving community awareness and increasing facility occupancy through targeted outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and provide information about the assisted living services.
  • Manage and update CRM data meticulously to track lead status, communications, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and implement external marketing campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation and community referrals.
  • Coordinate and participate in outreach events such as health fairs, open houses, and community seminars.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials tailored to seniors, families, and referral sources.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and lead conversion rates to optimize outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support resident tours, inquiries, and the overall onboarding process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience, ideally within healthcare or senior living sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage compassionately with seniors and family members.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in data entry and follow-up management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable with frequent telephone outreach and relationship-building activities.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily attendance out of the office with regular phone and email communication.
  • Attendance and participation in community events and networking opportunities may require local travel.
  • Interaction with diverse groups including healthcare professionals, seniors, families, and community partners.
