Responsibilities

Become a knowledgeable advisor on State Farm insurance products and services.

Engage with potential and current customers to understand their insurance needs.

Develop and present tailored insurance solutions that align with client objectives.

Guide clients through the application and policy issuance process.

Cultivate lasting relationships with policyholders through attentive service and follow-up.

Actively participate in community outreach and local business engagement.


Requirements

Possess or be able to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License and a Michigan Life & Health Insurance License

Demonstrated sales aptitude or a genuine interest in a sales career.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A strong drive to achieve goals and a proactive approach to work.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.

Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development within the insurance industry.
