ATR International is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a major client in Culver City, CA!
Details: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to three executives.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Track, log, and organize submissions and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare, process, and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or assistant experience, preferably at an agency or studio.
- Proficiency with MacOS and Microsoft Suite.
Location: Culver City, CA -hybrid
Hourly Rate: $25 - $29
