Compensation and Earnings

  • Annual Salary: $500,000 - $1,000,000+
  • Maximize your income with our competitive per arch rate.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a U.S. accredited dental school (DDS/DMD) is mandatory.
  • Completion of a U.S. surgical program with certification in Oral Surgery.
  • Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of practice.
  • DEA registration is required.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Ability to secure and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
  • Experience with the All-on-X procedure is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct dental implant surgeries, including tooth extractions and alveolectomies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with restorative doctors to develop optimal treatment plans.
  • Examine, diagnose, and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Adhere to center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.

A Day in the Life of an Oral Surgeon

  • Arrive punctually for surgical preparation.
  • Review patient health histories, radiographs, and treatment plans.
  • Perform surgeries in a collaborative team environment.
  • Document detailed notes post-procedure.
  • Engage with the team regarding upcoming cases.
  • Experience the satisfaction of positively impacting patients' lives.

Success in this role is measured by the delivery of consistent, high-quality clinical care and the effective execution of treatment plans. Strong communication between the Oral Surgeon and Restorative Doctor is essential for the success of our centers.
