Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist on a 13-week assignment, you’ll work 12-hour night shifts (1730-0600), totaling 36 hours per week. This role will immerse you in diverse patient scenarios, particularly within obstetrics, and foster professional growth through collaboration with a supportive respiratory care team. Required Qualifications:
- Current Washington State license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Active BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Acute care experience preferred; new graduates considered
- Strong OB background required
- Demonstrated ability to safely lift, pull, and move patients and equipment to department specifications
- Excellent auditory and visual skills for procedures and accurate charting
- Team-oriented with flexibility regarding scheduling needs and any requested time off (RTO to be pre-approved)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, coordinate, and direct individualized, comprehensive respiratory care for patients across all ages
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory interventions
- Maintain accountability to the Cardiopulmonary Director or Lead RRT, functioning independently once oriented
- Routinely collaborate with nursing and patient care teams
