As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.**Candidate must be fluent in Spanish**Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:1.Receive and organize incoming bills.2. Match bills with purchase orders (POs) generated in QuickBooks.3. Accurately enter bills into QuickBooks in a timely manner.4. Enter all vendor bills and ensure proper documentation is maintained.5. Make payments for invoices using checks and wire transfers.6. Communicate with the bank to provide details for wire transfers, including amounts and customer bill payment stubs.7. Maintain and regularly update a spreadsheet of client pricing.8. Create invoices for incoming shipments.9. Send invoices to designated clients related to specific shipments.10. Attach Bills of Lading (BOLs) to all client invoices.11. Communicate with clients regarding shipment deliveries and specific POs.12. Track international containers and monitor their status.13. Track domestic/local shipments from origin to destination.14. Set up container shipments, including scheduling and documentation.15. Coordinate pickup of containers at the port.16. Arrange delivery to multiple destination locations as required.17. Compare shipping rates from different carriers to ensure cost efficiency.18. Maintain communication with overseas teams in Peru and Colombia regarding container arrivals and orders status.19.
