Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Specialist I to provide essential office and operational support. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating supplies and facilities, and supporting employee welfare and company events.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English and able to work independently while supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.



RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Office & Document Management

  • Manage and maintain company documents, records, and reports.

  • Provide administrative support across departments.


Supplies & Facility Support

  • Purchase, track, and manage office supplies, consumables, and assets.

  • Assist with maintaining office and plant facilities to ensure a safe, clean work environment.


Travel, Events & Vendor Support

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.

  • Handle vendor contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.


Employee Welfare & General Support

  • Assist in implementing and managing employee welfare programs.

  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration, operations support, or related role preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English – required.
