Job DescriptionRobotic Welder (Fanuc)Pay: $20–$28/hr
Shifts: Weekend and 2nd Shift Available
Location: West Michigan
WorkSolved Staffing is seeking experienced or trainable robotic welders to operate Fanuc robotic welding systems. This role involves welding sheet metal components, assemblies, and structural steel using the GMAW (MIG) process. Team members are responsible for quality checks, basic maintenance, and ensuring high standards of safety and precision.Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate robotic welders and related equipment.
- Perform MIG welding and minor manual touch-ups or repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
- Inspect welds and parts for accuracy and quality.
- Perform light grinding and finishing to meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain welding and grinding equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of welding or manufacturing experience preferred (training available).
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn robotic setup and programming.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
