Qualifications and Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Valid and unrestricted State Medical License
- Unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain one
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Board certification must be achieved within 5 years of eligibility
- BLS certification
