Journeyman Plumber / Field Lead — Bumble Bee Plumbing | Salt Lake Valley, UT
Are you a licensed Utah journeyman plumber who's done just fixing pipes—and ready to lead? Bumble Bee Plumbing is growing fast across the Salt Lake Valley, and we're looking for a Field Lead who can run jobs, mentor apprentices, and deliver five-star residential work every single day.
This isn't just a plumbing job. It's a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and complete residential plumbing installs, repairs, and service calls across the Salt Lake Valley
- Train and mentor apprentices on the job—passing down the trade the right way
- Manage your jobs start to finish: materials, scheduling, quality, and customer communication
- Represent Bumble Bee Plumbing with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
- Coordinate with the office team to keep jobs on time and customers happy
What We're Looking For:
- Active Utah Journeyman Plumber License (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
- Experience with installs, water heaters, drain work, and rough-in
- Strong leadership skills — you've trained or mentored others before (or you're ready to)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes ownership of their work
