Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
Job type / location: Full-time / Doraville, GA
Servant Leader that loves to maintain relationships over the phone and through email.
The Account Manager is critical to our revenue growth as they provide our customers with email and phone support they need to transact business with us. The Account Manager handles existing customer requests including quotes, processing orders, order status, questions about products, and any other requests from our customers typically related to a transaction.
As part of our operations team, you work out of our Doraville office with no travel requirements and are accountable for your individual performance and have a shared responsibility in the team performance.
Sound fun? Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Provide uplifting service to customers, vendors, teammates, and business partners
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Respond to customer requests for product and order information
- Prepare quotes and assist customers with completing transactions
- Make outbound calls and emails to existing customers to assist with orders
- Resolve customer problems and partner with subject matter experts as needed
- Maintain updated knowledge of our products, services, and policies
- Navigate through multiple systems to retrieve and enter product/customer information
