Seeking entrepreneurial type experienced insurance brokers to build and scale their own book of business. No traditional limitations of captive agencies or going fully independent alone. This is an opportunity for high-performing insurance professionals ready to take ownership of their career, income, and client relationships while leveraging best-in-class tools, carrier access, and operational support.


This model combines the freedom of independence with the support of an established platform.

Compensation & Investment

  • One-time $5,000 buy-in (significantly lower than many competitors ranging from $5K–$40K)
  • Revenue share structure (15% of top-line, with caps for larger books)
  • High long-term earning potential through ownership and renewals
  • This position is Commission only based on your book of business


Who We’re Looking For

We’re targeting experienced insurance professionals who are ready to level up—not someone looking for a side hustle.


Ideal candidates include:

  • 3–5+ years of proven success in insurance sales
  • Background in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both
  • Experience with or from top carriers such as:
    • State Farm
    • Allstate
    • Progressive
    • Or similar organizations
  • Current or former:
    • Captive agency owners (e.g., Goosehead, Comparion, etc.)
    • Independent producers wanting to own their book
    • Producers looking to break away and grow independently
  • Strong track record of hitting sales goals and building client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a business


Ramp-Up Timeline

  • Day 1: Begin writing policies
  • First 4–6 Weeks: Build your agency foundation
  • First 60 Days:
    • Structured onboarding and training
    • Workflow and systems setup
    • Business planning support
    • Access to mentorship and CSR resources
