This role involves applying the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for ensuring professional accountability in the care provided to your assigned patients. Additionally, you will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and collaborate with various departments to coordinate patient care. Upholding patient rights and maintaining confidentiality of patient information are essential aspects of this position. Position Details:
Sign-On Bonus of up to $10,000 for Experienced RNs!
Location: Rehabilitation Center, South Oklahoma City
Department: Rehabilitation South
Employment Status: Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Night Shifts (No On-Call Duties!)

Incentives:
- Eligible for a Sign-On Bonus, distributed over two years.
- Shift differentials: $3.25 for evenings, $4.00 for nights, and $4.00 for weekends.

Qualifications:
- Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment, including compliance with all state nursing board requirements.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking required during shifts.
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary for job functions.
