Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Monitoring Analyst to support our efforts in maintaining strong regulatory compliance across our operations. This role plays a key part in identifying and reducing risk through ongoing monitoring, testing, and analysis of business processes.
What You’ll Do
- Perform monthly and quarterly compliance monitoring and testing across key regulations (ECOA, SCRA, OFAC, FCRA)
- Analyze processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
- Support the development and enhancement of monitoring tests and controls
- Prepare reports, findings, and documentation for internal stakeholders
- Conduct self-audits and assist with compliance reviews
- Participate in special projects to improve monitoring and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services, compliance, or risk monitoring (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Understanding of lending lifecycle (origination through collections) is a plus
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with systems testing or technical environments is a plus
