Industrial Controls Technician
Location: Ashland City, TN
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components, robotics, mechanical systems, and facility equipment.

Work with and maintain 3-phase motors, AC/DC systems, VFDs, and servos.

Apply advanced knowledge of controls, automation systems, and PLCs.

Install, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support continuous operations.
Qualifications:

Proven electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and automation systems.

Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
