Pay Rate: $25 to $30/hour

Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Account Specialist with a background in supply chain support, purchasing, or order management. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between our customer accounts and internal operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely execution of purchase orders and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle customer order processing from PO receipt to delivery and invoicing using SAP (Order-to-Cash)
- Monitor and follow up on all open orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order inquiries, shipment updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including planning teams (St. Louis and Bowling Green plants), logistics, and transportation partners
- Ensure proper execution of transaction steps including delivery creation, pick/pack, goods issue, and invoicing
- Identify order trends and analyze metrics (order size/frequency, in-stock rates, on-time delivery, customer penalties) to drive service improvements
- Communicate effectively across departments and with customers to resolve supply chain issues proactively
- Own the customer service process with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Required: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or supply chain (especially related to purchase orders or logistics)
- Preferred: Experience in supply chain roles such as Supply Chain Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, or Order Management Specialist
- Industry Experience: Consumer products or related industry strongly preferred
- Systems: Experience with SAP (Order-to-Cash / OTC core) preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across functional teams
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree desired
